Our teachers bring years of training and advanced certifications, meaning you receive deep knowledge, safety, and thoughtful guidance in every session. ~Intimate, small classes: By keeping our classes capped at a maximum of 13 students, we ensure you receive the personalised attention and adjustments that crowded classes simply cannot provide. ~The ‘Home Away From Home’ feel: Our commitment to your Comfort. We created a space that feels like a sanctuary where you can enjoy an (organic) herbal tea and utilise our dedicated reflective space before or after your practice. ~All-inclusive equipment: To remove any barriers to your practice, we continue to provide all essential equipment; mats, props (blocks, blankets, belts, bolsters), resistance bands and small weights —FREE of charge.
