Managing family or additional profiles

How to create and switch between extra profiles for children or family members under your account.

If you book classes for your family — your children, a partner, anyone in your care — you don't need separate accounts and separate logins for each of them. Add them as profiles under your own account and book the whole household from one place.

Adding a profile

Open the You tab

Everything about your account lives here.
Go to your profiles

Find the profiles section and choose to add a new one.
Pick the type

A Dependent is someone in your care, such as a child. Friend & Family is for another family member you book on behalf of.
Enter their name

First and last name is all we need. This is the name that appears on the class roll, so use the name we should call out.
Save

The profile is ready to book with straight away.

Booking for a family member

When you book a class, the app asks who it's for. Choose the profile and the spot is reserved in their name. Your upcoming bookings list shows everyone's classes together, with the name on each one, so you can see the whole household's week at a glance.
