~Bond with Your Baby: Includes movements, songs, and gentle massage to involve your baby (up to crawling age) in the practice.
~Connect with Other Mums: Share experiences, laugh, and find community with other mothers in the local area.
No prior yoga experience is necessary, and we welcome all the beautiful chaos that comes with a new baby—feel free to stop for a feed, a cuddle, or a nappy change at any time.

Yin
Aka the yoga of surrender, based on the ancient wisdom traditions of yoga, acupuncture and Taoism. A practice that brings you back to yourself. It slows you down and calms the nervous system while it is deeply stimulating for your body and mind.
In Yin Yoga we are there to be with what is. It is ‘not to go anywhere’. We address the deeper spiritual dimensions of yoga, with time and space for breathing exercises, mindfulness and meditation, supporting a balanced approach to physical and mental health.
The practice consists of long held ground postures (usually 3-5 minutes), to stimulate and balance the flow of chi (energy) in the connective tissues of the body. We come into a posture slowly and put the body under temporary distress. We find an appropriate edge, where the body can be for a while. We do less physically and stay longer.
Traditional Chinese Medicine ("TCM") focus: Liver and Gallbladder meridians (representing the Wood element) to stimulate renewal, release stagnant winter energy, and stretch the inner legs, hips, and side body.

Restorative
This class encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Appropriate for all levels, restorative yoga is practiced at a slow pace, focusing on long holds, stillness, and deep breathing. You can expect to hold a pose for 5 minutes or more, only performing a handful of poses. Gentle, supportive, and therapeutic. A practice of passive healing restoring the body to its parasympathetic nervous system function, which, in turn, helps the body rest, heal, and restore balance.
